A current finds a way through resistance. My training follows that same idea: read what’s in front of you, react and keep moving. We build burst, separation and body control through live competitive reps.
I work on burst, body control and change of direction, with coaching built around your athlete’s sport, position and what they need to improve. Then we put that work into competitive reps.
GameSpeed trains athletes year-round, during the season and after it ends. Choose private, semi-private or small-group training, with work built around your sport, position and development.
Offseason options: 4-week and 12-week programs
Build strength, burst and body control, then put it to work in competitive reps.
Coach Corre is a certified performance coach with years of hands-on athlete development experience. GameSpeed is built around teaching athletes how to understand and control their movement — not just run through drills.
That coaching is backed by decades in competitive football and flag football, with a playing history that reaches back to the mid-1990s.
Coach Corre began competing through the United States Flag & Touch Football League in 1995. By 2000, he was a National Champion and National Championship Offensive MVP. That experience is part of the foundation behind how GameSpeed teaches space, leverage, separation and open-field movement today.

GameSpeed doesn't force every athlete through the same workout. Sport, position, age and movement needs change the training. The standard doesn't: every rep should have a purpose and every movement should transfer.
Strength work has a job: support better movement, stronger positions, and more force when it matters.
Same coaching standard. Different level of individual attention.
You don't need to know which training option is best yet. Tell me who your athlete is, what they play and what they need to improve. If you’re asking about offseason training, include that below and we’ll work out the right place to start.
